Let's
start this day with a healthy and mouth-watering juice recipe. I
have been drinking this particular juice every day since Ramadan started. It
keeps me hydrated and helps me go through the long and hot days of August.
I don’t know much about its benefits, but I
know it’s delicious and full of vitamins. You can mix and match ingredients
according to your taste. This is a great post workout drink as well. Enjoy!!
Ingredients for 2 (In my case, for one):
- 1 Banana
- 2 small peaches
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 to 4 leaves of basil (or mint)
- 1 cup of Lemonade
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 tea spoon of honey
- 1 plain yogurt
